Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Coldz Zen Discord bot ("the Bot") and the Coldz Zen website at coldz.pro ("the Website"), together referred to as "the Service." The Service is operated by the Coldz Zen community team ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be a member of the Coldz Zen Discord server and comply with Discord's own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. You must meet Discord's minimum age requirement for your country. The Service is intended for use by members of our community only.

2. What the Service does

The Service provides community-management tools for Coldz Zen, including script submission and review, support tickets, staff applications, file uploads, moderation utilities, staff activity tracking, and related administrative dashboards. Access to certain features depends on your roles within the Discord server.

3. VIP memberships, payments, and refunds

VIP, VIP+, and the VIP-to-VIP+ upgrade are one-time digital membership purchases priced in U.S. dollars. The price shown in the signed-in shop at the time checkout begins is the price submitted to the selected payment provider. A scheduled sale or later price change does not change an order that PayPal or Square has already confirmed.

Purchases are self-purchases for the Discord account currently signed in. VIP grants the VIP Discord role. A direct VIP+ purchase grants both the VIP and VIP+ roles. The upgrade offer requires active VIP access and adds VIP+ access; it cannot be purchased for or transferred to another Discord account.

PayPal processes PayPal purchases, and Square processes Cash App Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and direct credit/debit card purchases. Coldz Zen does not receive or store your card number, bank account number, PayPal password, Cash App sign-in details, Google Pay credentials, Apple Pay credentials, full card number, or card security code. Access is delivered only after the selected provider confirms a completed payment. By completing checkout, you request immediate delivery of the digital membership.

All purchases are final and we do not offer voluntary refunds. This does not limit any non-waivable rights you have under applicable law or any process or protection that PayPal, Square, Cash App, Google Pay, Apple Pay, or the applicable card network makes available under its own terms. If the payment provider records a completed refund, reversal, or chargeback, payment-provided access will be removed. An open dispute may block additional purchases while it is reviewed, but does not by itself revoke access unless the payment is actually reversed or refunded.

"Lifetime" means access to the purchased membership tier for as long as the Coldz Zen Service operates and the purchasing account remains eligible under these Terms. It is not a subscription and has no automatic renewal fee.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Break Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines;
  • Upload malicious, illegal, or harmful files or content;
  • Attempt to bypass access controls, permissions, or rate limits;
  • Spam, abuse, harass, or disrupt other members or staff;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, data, or systems;
  • Use automated means to abuse or overload the Service.

5. User content

You are responsible for the content you submit through the Service, including script uploads, ticket messages, and application answers. You retain ownership of content you create, but you grant us the right to store, display, and process it as needed to operate the Service. We may remove content or restrict access at our discretion, particularly where content violates these Terms.

6. Moderation and enforcement

We may take moderation actions — including removing content, restricting access, applying roles, quarantining, or removing members from the server — to protect the community. These actions may be automated or manual and are taken at our discretion in line with community rules.

7. Availability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Paid memberships are digital access products; the Service and its features are otherwise provided without warranty of any kind.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
